Mountainfunds Capital Investments is the tradename (handelsbenaming) of Bergfondsen Beheer BV and the investment funds managed by this manager.
Bergfondsen Beheer BV is a Belgian company, registered at Van Gijsellaan 49, 1780 Wemmel (company number 0695.819.897) and has been duly registered with the Belgian Financial Market Authority (“FSMA”) as a small-scale (external) manager of (non-public) AICB’s as such terms are defined in article 106.1° of the AICB-act.
The CEO (“bestuurder”) of Bergfondsen Beheer BV is Arne Gutermann. Arne was a business lawyer for 29 years in a large international law firm in Brussels, 20 years of which as a partner. In 2018 he decided to turn his “passion” for investing into a “profession”.
Bergfondsen Beheer BV and Arne in his personal capacity are large and long-term investors in the funds managed. Nothing is quite so motivating as “skin in the game”…
